The location was great. It was close to many attractions. The staff helped with our luggage storage before check-in. Hot water was plentiful. Brand new TV was in the room.
The WiFi was unstable, though! video calls were difficult. The structure is old, so deep cleaning is probably hard. The fixations are very visible.

the location was excellent it was a short walk to grand place. the reception staff were always available and helpful with directions. i was able to use their fridge to keep some food fresh. the bathroom looked new with nice tiles and a mirror with light.
the bed size was small and the wifi did not work as expected. insects came in and disturbed sleep when i opened the window for air circulation. the room could have been better in terms of lighting
